Brent Foster
Brent Foster was born and raised in Claremore, OK and is a 1998 graduate of Claremore High School. He performed his undergraduate studies in Health and Sports Sciences at the University Of Oklahoma. While in college he was a student athletic trainer for the OU football and basketball teams. Brent received his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2005 from the University Of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His work experience includes outpatient physical therapy, home health and athletic training. Brent was nominated by the Oklahoma Association for Home Care and Hospice as Top 3 Physical Therapist in the state in 2012. He recently received The Annual Reader’s Choice Award by the Claremore Daily Progress for Favorite Physical Therapist. His specialties include orthopedic and sport specific rehabilitation.
Kelly Swan
Kelly Swan was born in Tulsa, OK. She grew up and graduated in Collinsville, OK. She also graduated from Tulsa Community College from the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2004. She moved to Claremore in 2004 and married her husband, Jeff in 2006. Kelly has worked in multiple outpatient settings including home health and nursing homes. She has over 11 years of physical therapy assistant experience. Kelly has a passion for running and physical fitness.
